The DuoLight Laser System is a low level cold laser used in the physical therapy field. This exclusive National Medical Alliance product contains two ports that can power two different accessories simultaneously. The low level laser accessory is a total of 100 mW with three 33 mW GaAiAs (785 nm) diodes with a visible red guide light. The second is a superluminous (SLD) accessory with 600 mW of power of predominantly infrared (870 nm) diodes and the three visible red diodes as a guide.

The system includes the console with laser and/or SLD or both accessories with a handle and buckle to strap-on treatment.
